St. Patrick's Day Gin Cocktail
Sabrine Dhaliwal's recipe for a St. Patrick's Day cocktail made with Drumshanbo gin and green melon liqueur.

- 30 ml Drumshanbo Gunpowder Gin
- 20 ml melon liqueur
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 10 ml honey syrup
- 2 honeydew melon cubes
- lemon twist to garnish
Cut a honeydew melon in half and use a cookie dropper to create as many melon balls as possible.
Line the melon balls on a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet. Place in the freezer overnight.
Add Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin, melon liqueur, lemon juice and honey to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously for 5 to 7 seconds.
Fill a Collins glass with frozen melon balls. Pour the cocktail overtop and top with soda.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
