Easy Raspberry Mule

This recipe for a raspberry mule cocktail calls for the addition of raspberry liqueur to the traditional ingredients of vodka and ginger beer.

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ bottle Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light Ginger Beer
  • ¼ oz vodka
  • 3 tsp raspberry liqueur
  • 2 lime wedges
  • 2 raspberries for garnish
  • 1 mint sprig for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Fill a copper or glass mug with ice cubes and pour over vodka and raspberry liqueur. Top with Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light Ginger Beer. Add a squeeze of lime juice to taste. Garnish with raspberries and mint sprig.
