A simple update to traditional mule cocktails is 3 tsp of raspberry liqueur. Serve in a glass over lots of ice, or use a traditional copper mug. Why a copper mug? It’s said that copper enhances the unique flavours of ginger beer, vodka and lime.
Easy Raspberry Mule
- ¾ bottle Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light Ginger Beer
- ¼ oz vodka
- 3 tsp raspberry liqueur
- 2 lime wedges
- 2 raspberries for garnish
- 1 mint sprig for garnish
- Fill a copper or glass mug with ice cubes and pour over vodka and raspberry liqueur. Top with Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light Ginger Beer. Add a squeeze of lime juice to taste. Garnish with raspberries and mint sprig.
