3-Ingredient Fudgy Brownie Cookies

- 1 box brownie mix box about 18 oz about 18 oz brownie mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup neutral oil (or melted unsalted butter) vegetable or canola
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix the brownie mix, eggs, and oil until fully combined.
Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
