3-Ingredient Fudgy Brownie Cookies

These brownie cookies are ultra-fudgy, chocolatey, and come together in minutes with just three pantry staples. Perfect for last-minute holiday baking or a weekend treat that satisfies every chocolate craving.

Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix box about 18 oz about 18 oz brownie mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup neutral oil (or melted unsalted butter) vegetable or canola

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix the brownie mix, eggs, and oil until fully combined.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 9–11 minutes, until edges are set but centers remain soft.
  • Cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • For extra chocolatey cookies, fold in chocolate chips or chunks.
