Kiwi, Orange, Banana and Watercress Smoothie
Watercress brings an unexpected depth in this bright, energizing smoothie.
- 1 bunch watercress trimmed and washed
- 3-4 sprigs mint
- 8 kiwi fruit peeled
- 4 bananas chopped
- 4 oranges juiced
- 1 lime juiced
- 2½ cups water approx.
Reserve a few leaves of watercress and mint for garnish. In blender, purée remaining watercress, remaining mint, kiwi fruit, bananas, orange juice, lime juice and water until smooth.
Garnish with reserved watercress and mint leaves.
