Kiwi, Orange, Banana and Watercress Smoothie

Watercress brings an unexpected depth in this bright, energizing smoothie.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch watercress trimmed and washed
  • 3-4 sprigs mint
  • 8 kiwi fruit peeled
  • 4 bananas chopped
  • 4 oranges juiced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • cups water approx.

Instructions
 

  • Reserve a few leaves of watercress and mint for garnish. In blender, purée remaining watercress, remaining mint, kiwi fruit, bananas, orange juice, lime juice and water until smooth.
  • Garnish with reserved watercress and mint leaves.
