Air Fryer Chicken Wings

Poppy O'Toole's no-fail recipe for chicken wings made in the air fryer, with three different sauce options.

Ingredients

cups
all-purpose flour

smoked paprika

garlic powder

ground coriander

tsp
cayenne pepper

chicken wings
separated into drums and flats
vegetable oil
for spraying
Instructions
Heat air fryer to 375°F.
In large bowl, whisk together flour, paprika, garlic powder, coriander, cayenne and salt. Add chicken pieces, tossing to coat.
Mist air-fryer basket with oil.
Dust off excess flour from chicken and arrange in basket without overcrowding. Cook until golden and cooked through, 15 minutes.
Enjoy chicken wings plain and crispy or try one of the saucy variations, tossing wings in the sauce of your choice.
Notes
For optimal deliciousness, air-fry chicken in batches of up to 10 wings at a time, depending on the size of your air fryer.
