Air Fryer Chicken Wings

Poppy O'Toole
Poppy O'Toole's no-fail recipe for chicken wings made in the air fryer, with three different sauce options.

Ingredients

  • ¾–1⅔ cups all-purpose flour see tip
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 6-10 chicken wings separated into drums and flats
  • vegetable oil for spraying

Instructions

  • Heat air fryer to 375°F.
  • In large bowl, whisk together flour, paprika, garlic powder, coriander, cayenne and salt. Add chicken pieces, tossing to coat.
  • Mist air-fryer basket with oil.
  • Dust off excess flour from chicken and arrange in basket without overcrowding. Cook until golden and cooked through, 15 minutes.
  • Enjoy chicken wings plain and crispy or try one of the saucy variations, tossing wings in the sauce of your choice.

Notes

For optimal deliciousness, air-fry chicken in batches of up to 10 wings at a time, depending on the size of your air fryer.
