Basilico al Limone Gin Cocktail

This refreshing gin cocktail combines lemon, fresh basil and elderflower liqueur for a bright, citrus-forward drink inspired by the Amalfi coast.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Malfy Gin Con Limone
  • 1.5 oz lemon juice
  • 5 basil leaves
  • 1 tsp raw sugar
  • splash St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1 basil leaf for garnish
  • candied lemon zest

Instructions
 

  • Pour gin and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker. Add basil leaves, sugar and elderflower liqueur. Shake.
  • Pour into glass and garnish with basil leaf and sprinkled candied lemon zest.
