Brazilian Canary Port Cocktail

This fresh, tangy and just-sweet-enough cocktail is made with dry white port and lemon juice.

Ingredients
  

  • oz dry white port
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp liquid honey
  • 1 egg white medium egg
  • 5 mint leaves
  • ice
  • 1 sprig lavender for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In cocktail shaker, add port, lemon juice, honey, egg white and mint leaves. Dry shake vigorously for at least 10 seconds (or longer).
  • Top with ice; shake for 15 seconds. Double-strain into coupe glass and garnish foamy top with lavender.
