Brazilian Canary Port Cocktail
This fresh, tangy and just-sweet-enough cocktail is made with dry white port and lemon juice.

- 1¾ oz dry white port
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- 1 egg white medium egg
- 5 mint leaves
- ice
- 1 sprig lavender for garnish
In cocktail shaker, add port, lemon juice, honey, egg white and mint leaves. Dry shake vigorously for at least 10 seconds (or longer).
Top with ice; shake for 15 seconds. Double-strain into coupe glass and garnish foamy top with lavender.
