Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Ezra Brooks 99 Kentucky Straight Bourbon
  • half a lemon juiced
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • 3 oz champagne or sparkling wine
  • 1 lemon slice cut before juicing the lemon

Instructions
 

  • Fill a cocktail tin with ice. Add the first three ingredients and shake well. Strain into a champagne flute or coupe. Top with champagne and garnish with lemon slice.
