Preheat your Ooni pizza oven to 500°F (260°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Transfer the dough to a pizza stone dusted with flour.
Spread the Alfredo sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella, provolone, Parmesan and crumbled goat cheese evenly over the sauce.
Drizzle the olive oil and sprinkle the dried Italian seasoning over the pizza.
Carefully slide the pizza into the preheated Ooni oven.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh arugula if desired.
