Prickly Peach Bramble

Ingredients

  • 2 oz pisco
  • ¾ oz fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • Ice
  • ½ oz peach liqueur
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Peach slice for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In shaker tin, combine pisco, lime juice and simple syrup. Add cubed ice and shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
  • Strain into rocks glass over cracked ice, and carefully drizzle peach liqueur on top. Garnish with Angostura Bitters and peach slice.
