3-Ingredient Almond Meringue Cookies
Light and elegant, these almond meringue cookies are made by folding finely ground almonds into glossy whipped egg whites, creating a delicate cookie with crisp edges and a soft centre.
- 3 large egg whites
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup finely ground almonds
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Whip egg whites to soft peaks, gradually adding sugar until glossy.
Gently fold in ground almonds.
Spoon or pipe onto baking sheet.
Bake for 35–40 minutes until dry to the touch.
