Aperol Spritz
An easy Aperol Spritz recipe made with Prosecco, Aperol and soda water using the classic 3-2-1 ratio.
Ingredients
- large ice cubes
- 3 oz brut Prosecco chilled
- 2 oz Aperol chilled
- 1 oz club soda chilled
- 1 citrus fruit slice for garnish
Instructions
- Fill large wine glass with large ice cubes. Add Prosecco, Aperol and club soda. Stir briefly. Garnish with citrus fruit slice.
Notes
For the best Aperol Spritz, start with well-chilled ingredients and a chilled glass. Fill the glass with ice, let it stand for 30 seconds, then discard the ice and make the spritz according to the recipe above.
