Aperol Spritz
The right way to make this iconic 3-ingredient Italian aperitivo.
Ingredients
- large ice cubes
- 3 oz brut Prosecco chilled
- 2 oz Aperol chilled
- 1 oz club soda chilled
- 1 citrus fruit slice for garnish
Instructions
- Fill large wine glass with large ice cubes. Add Prosecco, aperitivo and club soda. Stir briefly. Garnish with citrus fruit slice.
Notes
A tip for creating the perfect Aperol sprit is that all your ingredients are chilled – including your glass. Before you make your spritz, fill glass with ice cubes. Leave for 30 seconds, then empty glass and make your spritz with the recipe above.
