Peel and cut your potatoes into thin French Fries shapes, about the length of your index finger.
Heat the air fryer to 180°C/350°F.
In a bowl, toss the potatoes, oil and salt and mix well, then put them into the air-fryer basket.
Cook for 10 minutes, give them a mix and then return to the air fryer and cook for a further 15 minutes, until golden.
Notes
To make potato wedges rather than French fries, just cut the potatoes into wedges about the size of your index finger. Follow the steps in the same way, except cook for 15 minutes, then mix, then cook again for another 15 minutes.
