Ingredients
- Ice cubes
- 1 oz Malfy Gin Rosa
- 2 oz about ¼ cup Sanpellegrino Aranciata Rossa
- 2 oz about ¼ cup Prosecco
- Orange wheel
- Sliced strawberries
- Thyme sprig
Instructions
- Fill a glass with ice and top with Malfy Gin Rossa, Sanpellegrino Aranciata Rossa and Prosecco; stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with orange wheel, strawberries and thyme.

What’s an aperitivo without a classic Italian snack to go with it?
Ingredients
- 1 cantaloupe
- 200 g sliced prosciutto
- handful basil leaves
- olive oil
- freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Halve cantaloupe and scoop out seeds; remove rind. Cut each half into eight half-moon slices.
- Arrange melon on platter and drape with prosciutto. Top with basil, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with pepper.
