This lavender Martini recipe from Ontario-based author and gardening expert Nikki Fotheringham combines vodka, homemade lavender simple syrup and fresh lemon juice. Floral without being overly sweet, it’s a simple three-ingredient cocktail with a beautiful pale-purple hue.
Fotheringham’s homemade lavender simple syrup gives the drink its distinctive floral flavour and can be made ahead, so the cocktail itself comes together quickly when you’re ready to serve.
