Lavender Martini
Ingredients
- Ice cubes
- 2 oz ( 60 ml) vodka
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) Lavender Simple Syrup
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) freshly-squeezed lemon juice
- 1 sprig fresh lavender for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka, simple syrup and lemon juice and stir gently until mixed. Strain into a Martini glass and garnish with a fresh sprig of lavender.
