This wintry mule cocktail uses Dillon’s Rosemary and Clove syrup to create a cozy and herbaceous vibe. The addition of Dillon’s Pear Bitters adds vanilla and ginger flavours.
Rosemary and Clove Mule Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ounces Dillon’s Vodka
- ½ ounce Dillon’s Rosemary & Clove syrup
- ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
- 2-3 dashes Dillon’s Pear Bitters
- 3-4 ounces ginger beer
- Dehydrated lime wheel and rosemary sprig for garnish
Instructions
- Add all ingredients, except ginger beer, to your shaker with ice. Shake for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a chilled mule mug or rocks glass with fresh ice.
- Top with ginger beer and give a quick stir. Garnish with lime wheel and rosemary sprig
