A fruity, delicate aperitivo that tastes like you’re lounging in the Mediterranean. We’ll raise a glass to that.

Meet your new favourite golden-hour drink.

Ingredients
  

  • Ice cubes
  • 1 oz Malfy Gin Rosa
  • 2 oz about ¼ cup Sanpellegrino Aranciata Rossa
  • 2 oz about ¼ cup Prosecco
  • Orange wheel
  • Sliced strawberries
  • Thyme sprig

Instructions
 

  • Fill a glass with ice and top with Malfy Gin Rossa, Sanpellegrino Aranciata Rossa and Prosecco; stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish with orange wheel, strawberries and thyme.

Prosciutto and Melon Platter

What’s an aperitivo without a classic Italian snack to go with it?
Servings 4

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cantaloupe
  • 200 g sliced prosciutto
  • handful basil leaves
  • olive oil
  • freshly ground pepper

Instructions
 

  • Halve cantaloupe and scoop out seeds; remove rind. Cut each half into eight half-moon slices.
  • Arrange melon on platter and drape with prosciutto. Top with basil, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with pepper.
