Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Ezra Brooks 99 Kentucky Straight Bourbon
- half a lemon juiced
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 3 oz champagne or sparkling wine
- 1 lemon slice cut before juicing the lemon
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail tin with ice. Add the first three ingredients and shake well. Strain into a champagne flute or coupe. Top with champagne and garnish with lemon slice.

The key to a great old fashioned is to start with great bourbon, and Ezra Brooks 99 has you covered. Muddling a sugar cube with water and bitters adds a perfect touch of sweetness, and the orange twist brings out the dark chocolate notes.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Ezra Brooks 99 Kentucky Straight Bourbon
- 2 dashes bitters
- 1 sugar cube
- 1 dash water
- orange twist
Instructions
- Place the sugar cube in an old-fashioned glass. Add the bitters and water and muddle until dissolved. Fill the glass with ice, add whiskey, and stir. Garnish with an orange twist.
