Ice Cream Float Cocktail

Love is in the air at Dillon’s Small Batch Distillers in Niagara, Ontario. All the ingredients for their Valentine’s-inspired dessert cocktail – dubbed their ‘Love Float’ – includes one-stop shopping for the ingredients: Dillon’s Chocolate Liqueur, Dillon’s Rose Gin and Dillon’s Niagara Grenadine. Just add ice cream and ginger beer.

Ice Cream Float Cocktail

An alcoholic ice cream float made with Dillon's Rose Gin, Chocolate Liqueur, Niagara Grenadine and ginger beer.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz Dillon’s Rose Gin
  • 1 oz Chocolate Liqueur
  • ½ oz Dillon’s Niagara Grenadine
  • 2 scoops of ice cream vanilla or chocolate
  • 3 oz ginger beer

Instructions
 

  • Fill a highball glass with your favourite vanilla or chocolate ice cream. Add the Rose Gin and Chocolate Liqueur to the glass. Top your glass with ginger beer. Give a quick stir. Drizzle Niagara Grenadine on top and serve immediately.
