Riesling Icewine and Cabernet Sauvignon mingle with maple-infused simple syrup in this icy wintry Icewine Cocktail recipe
Ingredients
- 1 oz 13th Street Winery Riesling Reserve Icewine 2019
- 3 oz 13th Street Winery Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2018
- ½ oz Kvas Northern Maple Old Fashioned Simple Syrup
- 1 strip orange zest
Instructions
- Add enough ice to fill cocktail shaker halfway. Add Icewine, Cabernet Sauvignon and simple syrup. Shake vigorously until cold; strain into cocktail glass and garnish with orange zest.
