
Nobu’s Mia Margarita
Kick off a lavish dinner at Nobu Toronto with the brand’s signature margarita, which gets an intoxicating kick from shichimi togarashi, a zesty Japanese seven-spice blend.
Ingredients
- Ice
- 2 oz Corralejo Añejo Tequila
- 2 oz prepared passion fruit purée
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz honey syrup
- 3 shakes shichimi togarashi plus more for garnish
- 1 dehydrated lime wheel for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In cocktail shaker filled with ice, add Corralejo Añejo Tequila, passion fruit purée, lime juice, honey syrup and shichimi togarashi. Shake hard to chill and combine ingredients. Strain into glass over ice. Garnish with lime wheel (if desired) and a sprinkle of shichimi togarashi.
