Paper Plane Cocktail

3/4 oz of lemon juice or one sugar cube – it's your choice for this cocktail.

The recipe for the Paper Plane bourbon cocktail was created in a Chicago bar in 2007. The name come from the song of the moment –  M.I.A.’s Paper Planes. Bourbon, Amaro Nonino (a bittersweet Italian liqueur), Aperol and lemon juice are all that’s needed to shake up this modern cocktail.
