Positano Pink Grapefruit Spritz

Sicilian pink grapefruit adds bright flavours to this refreshing gin spritz.

Named for the stunning coastal village, Ascari restaurant’s Positano Spritz features Malfy Gin Rosa flavoured with Sicilian pink grapefruit and Italian lemons. The recipe calls for 2 ounces of tonic water and soda water, which can be divided as 1 ounce of each – but the ratio is up to you if you prefer one sparkling water over the other.

Positano Pink Grapefruit Gin Spritz

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Malfy Gin Rosa
  • 0.5 oz fresh grapefruit
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz tonic and soda
  • grapefruit wheel for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Fill glass with ice cubes. Pour gin, fresh grapefruit, simple syrup, soda and tonic over ice. Garnish with grapefruit wheel.
    We've also added fresh rosemary and a lime wheel, because why not?
