Named for the stunning coastal village, Ascari restaurant’s Positano Spritz features Malfy Gin Rosa flavoured with Sicilian pink grapefruit and Italian lemons. The recipe calls for 2 ounces of tonic water and soda water, which can be divided as 1 ounce of each – but the ratio is up to you if you prefer one sparkling water over the other.
Positano Pink Grapefruit Gin Spritz
- 2 oz Malfy Gin Rosa
- 0.5 oz fresh grapefruit
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz tonic and soda
- grapefruit wheel for garnish
- Fill glass with ice cubes. Pour gin, fresh grapefruit, simple syrup, soda and tonic over ice. Garnish with grapefruit wheel.We've also added fresh rosemary and a lime wheel, because why not?
