Rosé and Strawberry Popsicles
Mateus Rosé meets strawberry purée in this popsicle recipe that can be adapted to serve as a more traditional frozen cocktail.
- 500 ml Mateus Rosé
- 250 ml Leonce Strawberry Purée
- 5-6 fresh strawberries
- Pour the Mateus Rosé and strawberry purée into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Slice the strawberries and drop them into the popsicle molds. Pour the blended ingredients overtop, and place the molds in the freezer.
