Rosé and Strawberry Popsicles

Rosé the summer away with these fruity and boozy frozen treats.

If you’re more of a slushie person, simply pour the popsicle mixture into a glass and top with lime zest.

Rosé and Strawberry Popsicles

Mateus Rosé meets strawberry purée in this popsicle recipe that can be adapted to serve as a more traditional frozen cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 500 ml Mateus Rosé
  • 250 ml Leonce Strawberry Purée
  • 5-6 fresh strawberries

Instructions
 

  • Pour the Mateus Rosé and strawberry purée into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Slice the strawberries and drop them into the popsicle molds. Pour the blended ingredients overtop, and place the molds in the freezer.
