Shrub A Dub Dub Mocktail

This zero-proof riff on the Bramble is made with strawberries and chamomile tea.

Shrub A Dub Dub Mocktail

This is a non-alcoholic version of a classic bramble.

Ingredients

  • oz brewed chamomile tea
  • 1 oz prepared strawberry shrub
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • 2 whole strawberries
  • Ice
  • Strawberry slice and mint sprig for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In shaker tin, combine camomile tea, strawberry shrub, simple syrup and strawberries. Gently muddle strawberries. Add cubed ice and shake vigorously for 7 seconds.
  • Fine-strain into rocks glass over cracked ice. Garnish with strawberry slice and mint sprig.

Notes

Tip: Using fresh, seasonal berries is always ideal. However, if fresh ones are unavailable, frozen fruit is perfectly acceptable. Just make sure to thaw it first.
