Dillon’s Love Float Cocktail

The only decision you need to make is whether to use chocolate or vanilla ice cream.

Love is in the air at Dillon’s Small Batch Distillers in Niagara. All the ingredients for their Valentine’s-inspired dessert cocktail – dubbed the ‘Love Float’ – come in a kit that includes a bottle each of Dillon’s Chocolate Liqueur, Dillon’s Rose Gin and Dillon’s Niagara Grenadine, as well as a can of ginger beer. Just add ice cream and raise a glass with your loved one.

Dillon's Love Float Cocktail

An alcoholic ice cream float made with Dillon's Rose Gin, Chocolate Liqueur, Niagara Grenadine and ginger beer.

  • 1 oz Dillon’s Rose Gin
  • 1 oz Dillon’s Chocolate Liqueur
  • ½ oz Dillon’s Niagara Grenadine
  • 2 scoops of ice cream vanilla or chocolate
  • 3 oz ginger beer


  • Fill a highball glass with your favourite vanilla or chocolate ice cream. Add the Rose Gin and Chocolate Liqueur to the glass. Top your glass with ginger beer. Give a quick stir. Drizzle Niagara Grenadine on top and serve immediately.
