Lavender Martini

A perfectly balanced floral cocktail with the delicate notes of lavender simple syrup, vodka, and fresh lemon. Elegant, refreshing, and ideal for brunch, dinner parties, or a relaxing evening at home.

Ingredients

  • Ice cubes
  • 2 oz ( 60 ml) vodka
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) Lavender Simple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) freshly-squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 sprig fresh lavender for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka, simple syrup and lemon juice and stir gently until mixed. Strain into a Martini glass and garnish with a fresh sprig of lavender.
