Kiwi, Orange, Banana and Watercress Smoothie
Watercress brings an unexpected depth in this bright, energizing smoothie.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch watercress trimmed and washed
- 3-4 sprigs mint
- 8 kiwi fruit peeled
- 4 bananas chopped
- 4 oranges juiced
- 1 lime juiced
- 2½ cups water approx.
Instructions
- Reserve a few leaves of watercress and mint for garnish. In blender, purée remaining watercress, remaining mint, kiwi fruit, bananas, orange juice, lime juice and water until smooth.
- Garnish with reserved watercress and mint leaves.
