Ingredients: 1½ oz coconut vodka; ½ oz melon liqueur; ½ oz orange liqueur; 1½ oz pineapple juice; ½ oz fresh lime juice; Ice; Toasted coconut flakes (for garnish)

This is a riff on a Sex on the Beach cocktail.

Ingredients

1½ oz coconut vodka
½ oz melon liqueur
½ oz orange liqueur
1½ oz pineapple juice
½ oz fresh lime juice
Ice
Toasted coconut flakes for garnish

Instructions

In shaker tin, combine coconut vodka, melon liqueur, orange liqueur, pineapple juice and lime juice. Add cubed ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
Strain into Collins glass over fresh ice. Garnish with toasted coconut flakes.
