Hot Apple Cider With Bourbon

Jillian Harris and Tori Wesszer's recipe for hot apple cider, made with Canadian maple syrup and a kick of bourbon.

Canadian cousins, celeb influencers and bestselling cookbook authors Jillian Harris and Tori Wesszer know that it can get pretty cold when the seasons change up north – but they have the perfect cure. “Steaming mugs of fresh apple cider (unfiltered fresh apple juice) are lightly sweetened with Canadian maple syrup and given a little kick thanks to a splash of bourbon,” they write in this recipe, shared in their new cookbook, Fraiche Food, Fuller Hearts.
