Lizzo’s casual cooking style and effervescent personality is infectious, and her easy-to-make VBLT salad is addictive (I know from experience).
Lizzo (who’s been vegan since 2020), regularly adapts recipes and swaps ingredients to create vegan versions. If you’re making this salad, just remember, the star uses the word “recipe” loosely.
