Layers of crispy kettle-cooked potato chips are stacked with torn prosciutto, drizzled with hot honey, and finished with a shower of freshly grated Parmesan. It’s the perfect last-minute snack for holiday gatherings, cocktail parties, or any night you want something fun and shareable.

Prosciutto Potato Chip Tower With Hot Honey and Parmesan
Ingredients
Hot Honey
- ½ cup honey
- 1 tbsp crushed hot pepper flakes
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Chip Tower
- 1 220g bag kettle-cooked potato chips
- 150 g thinly sliced prosciutto torn in half and bunched
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan
Instructions
- Warm honey and hot pepper flakes in small saucepan over medium heat until simmering. Remove from heat and stir in vinegar. Transfer to bowl to cool, and set aside.
- Arrange a quarter of the potato chips on a plate and scatter with scrunched-up pieces of prosciutto. Drizzle with hot honey, then repeat layers, using a little less chips and prosciutto with each layer, until you form a tower.
- Dust entire tower with Parmesan and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use kettle-cooked chips for extra crunch.
- Build the tower just before serving to keep the chips crisp.
