Love is in the air at Dillon’s Small Batch Distillers in Niagara. All the ingredients for their Valentine’s-inspired dessert cocktail – dubbed the ‘Love Float’ – come in a kit that includes a bottle each of Dillon’s Chocolate Liqueur, Dillon’s Rose Gin and Dillon’s Niagara Grenadine, as well as a can of ginger beer. Just add ice cream and raise a glass with your loved one.
Dillon's Love Float Cocktail
An alcoholic ice cream float made with Dillon's Rose Gin, Chocolate Liqueur, Niagara Grenadine and ginger beer.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Dillon’s Rose Gin
- 1 oz Dillon’s Chocolate Liqueur
- ½ oz Dillon’s Niagara Grenadine
- 2 scoops of ice cream vanilla or chocolate
- 3 oz ginger beer
Instructions
- Fill a highball glass with your favourite vanilla or chocolate ice cream. Add the Rose Gin and Chocolate Liqueur to the glass. Top your glass with ginger beer. Give a quick stir. Drizzle Niagara Grenadine on top and serve immediately.
