Pomegranate Negroni

This easy pomegranate negroni recipe is tailor-made for parties.

An easy cocktail to whip up for groups, this is a lot more vibrant in colour than the classic version and is sure to set the fun party mood! Using double the quantity of pomegranate juice to vermouth makes it slightly sweeter too. Weighing the liquids in a jug is a really easy way to measure them. – food stylist, baker and cook Sam Dixon.

Pomegranate Negronis

Sam Dixon's striaghtforward and crowd-pleasing recipe for a jug of pomegranate negronis.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 oz gin
  • 5 oz Campari
  • oz pomegranate juice
  • 2 oz sweet vermouth
  • oz (500 g) pomegranate seeds to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Set a large jug on a weighing scale and reset it to 0, then weigh in all the liquid ingredients.
  • Add some ice and give the mixture a really good stir.
  • Fill 6 tumblers with lots of ice or add one giant cube to each. Divide the cocktail between the glasses, garnish with the pomegranate seeds and serve immediately.
