Aperol Spritz Recipe

The classic Italian aperitivo made with Aperol, Prosecco and soda water.

The Aperol Spritz is an Italian aperitivo made with Aperol, Prosecco and soda water. Bittersweet and citrusy with plenty of bubbles, itโ€™s traditionally served over ice in a large wine glass and garnished with a slice of orange.

The classic ratio is easy to remember: three parts Prosecco, two parts Aperol and one part soda water. Pour the ingredients over plenty of ice, give the drink a quick stir and serve.
