Veganuary isn't over yet! From appetizers all the way to desserts, here are some of our readers' favourite vegan recipes.

2024 marks the 10th year of Veganuary, an annual challenge (organized by a UK non-profit) for people to go plant-based during the first month of the year. Eating less meat is good for reducing your carbon footprint, and also presents an opportunity to experiment with new dishes and ingredients in the kitchen.
